Prince George's Hospital Center is a 290 bed facility located in Prince George's County, Maryland just over the boarder from Washington, DC. The PG ED provides our residents with a "county hospital" experience with a large number of high acuity patients. XXX xxx xxx xxx xxx
About one fourth of the patients are pediatric patients, which are managed wholly by our residents and faculty.The Prince Georges Hospital experience gives our residents the opportunity to contribute to a largely underserved, suburban community of Washington, DC. The core teaching faculty are also members of the Department of Emergency Medicine at George Washington University.
